Sauna Specialist offers a one-year warranty on all custom-build saunas from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal consumer use.

All new HARVIA electric sauna heaters are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If the product is registered, the warranty extends to a total of three years. This warranty covers all heater components, including thermostats, controls, and contactors.
For non-consumer or commercial use, the warranty is limited to two years and does not cover heating elements or parts subject to normal wear and tear.
This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect arises within the warranty period, Harvia will provide replacement parts once the faulty components are returned. Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.

MrSteam offers a limited lifetime warranty for every MrSteam Residential Steambath Generator, guaranteeing that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime. Should the generator fail to conform to this warranty, MrSteam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit.
Warranty service within 2 years from the date of purchase: if a warranty claim is made within two years from the date of purchase, MrSteam will provide free in-home warranty service, including both parts and labor. Warranty service after 2 years from date of purchase: for claims made after two years, MrSteam will provide a lifetime warranty on parts.
However, after the two-year period, customers will need to contact MrSteam directly for warranty service. Please note that freight charges for shipping the generator to and from MrSteam will be covered by MrSteam, provided an RMA (Return Authorization Number) is obtained prior to return.
